Rochester updates (May 2014)

UMR's second graduating class commenced on Saturday, May 17, 2014, with 56 health science students, 24 health profession students, and 2 graduate students from the BICB program graduating.

The week of May 19 there will be three candidates for the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Student Development position on campus. All UMR staff have been invited to participate in an open forum where the candidate will give a presentation on leadership in a highly collaborative interdisciplinary environment and describe their vision for academic affairs and student development working together in an integrative fashion without sacrificing the individual missions of these two different areas.

Congratulations to Brett Schieve, Cultural Engagement and Study Away Program Manager, who received his master's degree this spring semester.
