On May 6, the UMM ESUP Leadership Team met with Santiago Fernandez and Tricia Conway to discuss change management and communications. There was a suggestion about creating a one page timeline with information that is targeted toward faculty.
The financial aid staff attended the Minnesota Association of Financial Aid Administrators conference in Brainerd on May 7-9.
