A survey was recently sent to Twin Cities students who did not pay tuition and fees electronically during the most recent pay period. The survey asked students to indicate their comfort level paying for things online, how often they did so, why they decided not to pay tuition and fees online, and more. The survey was sent to approximately 3,800 students on April 16; approximately 580 students completed the survey before it closed on April 30.
