APLUS training underway (Crookston)

During the week of May 12, Kurt Lietzau visited UMC and provided two training sessions on APLUS to approximately 40 faculty and staff members. Plans are for APLUS to go live this summer.

During the fall 2014 term, team members will work on the development of templates. Academic advisers have expressed great interest in APLUS. After the training session, advisers commented on how valuable this program will be in helping them better serve the students. So much interest was expressed that Faculty on 12 month appointments have decided to go live with APLUS now.

Eleanor Pijut also visited UMC the same week and met with College in the High School (CHIS) staff gathering information on the current processes used within the program. The goal is to map out the processes used at each campus, identify pain points in the process, and develop best practices for the U system.
