Rochester (May 2016 updates)

Rochester Milestone
Dr. Molly Dingel has become the University of Minnesota Rochester's first tenured faculty member. Dr. Dingel has a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Kansas and was part of the first cohort of faculty at UMR's new campus that constructed the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences curriculum and established faculty governance.

Commencement
On May 15, 109 students from UMR's two undergraduate degree programs -- Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (BSHS) and Bachelor of Science in Health Professions (BSHP) -- stepped across the stage at the Mayo Civic Center Auditorium and into their next stage of life.
The ceremony also included 10 graduates from the Biomedical Informatics and Computational Biology (BICB) doctorate and master's programs.
